Ficus pumila "Minima"
Ficus pumila "Minima" is a unique variety of climbing fig belonging to the mulberry family (Moraceae). Native to tropical regions of East Asia, it grows on tree trunks and rocky substrates, forming dense, miniature carpets with exquisitely delicate foliage.
Appearance
The plant is distinguished by its exceptionally small leaves, significantly smaller than those of the standard variety, with an intense green color and a delicate sheen. Its creeping or climbing habit makes it perfect for terrariums, paludariums, and as a groundcover in pots. Thanks to its miniature size and compact shoots, Ficus pumila 'Minuta' creates a striking, delicate structure, ideal for small arrangements.
